Avada One ending its beta does not mean you should replace the builder on a working Avada Classic site today. Keep security maintenance moving, then evaluate migration as a separate project with its own acceptance tests.
What changed on October 13, 2026?
Avada's beta wrap-up announcement says trials expire at the end of beta and an official release date will follow. Existing Classic licenses remain unchanged. The announced Solo annual prices are $49 for Essential and $99 for Pro, before any applicable loyalty offer. Check current terms before buying. A pricing announcement is not confirmation that every migration path is ready for production.
The earlier beta announcement also describes migration testing and the possibility of manual adjustments. Treat a successful conversion of one page as a sample, not acceptance of the entire website.
Make a three-column migration inventory
List the function, its current owner and the evidence needed to replace it. For a booking site, this might be the contact form, the scheduling integration and the confirmation email. For a shop, add product variations, taxes, shipping and the payment return page.
Do not compare only the homepage. Pick one ordinary page, one heavily customized page and one revenue path. Record desktop and mobile screenshots, URLs, form destinations and the current tracking event names. Leave real customer data out of screenshots.

Test replacement features without creating duplicates
If evaluating built-in marketing or sales features, write down which existing plugin would stop doing that job. Two email senders or two analytics installers can create duplicate activity even when the page looks correct. Keep new automations disabled until their owner, consent requirements and destination are approved.
Compare canonical URLs, page titles and internal links before and after conversion. A builder migration should not quietly become a URL migration. If a slug genuinely needs to change, plan the redirect separately and verify the destination returns the intended content.
Keep the security work independent
Do not postpone a Classic security patch while deciding whether to adopt One. Use the Avada 7.16.2 post-update checks for the maintenance task. If the immediate problem is a damaged layout, follow the Avada layout repair guide before expanding the scope.
A useful migration estimate states what failed, what requires manual rebuilding and which acceptance tests remain open. For help assessing a specific broken flow, request a one-time WordPress fix with that inventory. Buying a new plan is not itself a repair strategy.
