Step-by-step fix

1. On the scanned form, replace custom widgets (fake selects, canvas signatures) with native inputs for the fields you need tested.
2. Disable exit-intent popups and full-screen overlays on the QA/scan URL.
3. Ensure required fields are visible without a multi-step gate the bot cannot advance.
4. Re-publish and purge cache.

Confirm it is fixed

Re-scan and confirm B2 reports that fields were filled.
