8. Fulfillment Policy
8.1. Service Agreement
HandL WP specializes in custom WordPress consulting and development services. All services are fulfilled by our expert team during pre-scheduled sessions and engagements agreed upon with the client.
8.2. Refund Policy
Our fulfillment policy ensures high-quality service delivery, and we back this with our satisfaction guarantee. If a client is dissatisfied with an in-person service for any reason, they should contact us within 7 days of the service date to discuss potential resolutions, including possible adjustments or refunds.
8.3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel scheduled service appointments without penalty if written notice is provided at least 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost. Clients will not be charged for cancellations made due to emergencies acknowledged by both parties, and we are open to rescheduling services at no additional cost.
8.4. Rescheduling Services
Clients wishing to reschedule appointments should contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
