What to fix

Install or consolidate the Meta Pixel so the base signature appears once on the scanned URL.

Choose one install path: Official Meta pixel plugin, GTM tag, or a single hard-coded snippet.
Remove duplicate Pixel IDs from old landing-page templates.
Clear caches and load the URL with Meta Pixel Helper.
Keep standard events scoped; this check only needs the base signature present.

Re-scan and confirm C8 detects the Meta Pixel signature as intended.

Scan the same URL again, then compare this check with your previous report.
