- Added hidden fields on the contact form for utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid, and fbclid, populated from the landing URL.
- Re-tested the form path end-to-end with a HandL-owned fixture submission.
Verification
- Re-scan score moved from 42 to 78 on the same HandL-owned test URL.
- Form submit path included hidden attribution fields matching the landing URL (check B12 pass on re-scan).
