Why a weekly check after a fix
The fix holds until someone publishes a container, updates a plugin, or tightens a cookie banner. Weekly checks show changes in the score or checks; they do not identify which edit caused them.

A new plugin
An update or a new plugin can drop pixels or fire tags too early.
Tag manager edits
Someone publishes a container change. Forms and ads can stop matching.

The banner starts blocking tags that used to load after Accept.
