Network payload on submit includes attribution

What this check is

This check watches the form submit network request for attribution parameters in the payload.

Even when hidden inputs exist in the DOM, some WordPress AJAX handlers drop unknown fields server-side.

If the network payload lacks UTMs or click IDs, downstream tools will not see them for that submit.

Align the form handler with the hidden fields, then re-scan and inspect the submit payload again.
