What this check is

This check inspects cache and CDN related headers for clues about how query strings are treated.

Cloudflare, WP Rocket, and host caches sometimes ignore or normalize query strings on WordPress HTML.

Unfriendly query handling can serve the wrong cached variant or drop campaign parameters. Treat header clues as leads for cache config review.
