What this check is

This check requests /robots.txt and notes whether it is reachable.

Misplaced firewalls or CDN rules sometimes block robots.txt on WordPress hosts.

An unreachable robots.txt limits how crawlers read crawl rules. It does not by itself block all indexing.

Ensure robots.txt returns a normal response, then re-scan.
