What this check is

This check looks for an XML sitemap reference or a conventional sitemap URL.

Yoast and Rank Math publish sitemap indexes on most WordPress sites when left enabled.

A missing sitemap can make discovery less efficient for crawlers, although pages can still be found through links.

Enable the SEO plugin sitemap, submit it in Search Console if you use it, and re-scan.
