What our scanner observed for WordPress themes
We switched each theme on a test site, scanned the home page, then switched back. Profiles show which outside services loaded during that test.
These pages describe technical observations. They are not legal advice, and they are not a finding that any theme violates a law.

How we test
One theme at a time on handl-sandbox, home page only. Other plugins on the test site stay in place, so a service that shows up on every theme page may come from a plugin, not the theme. We do not publish a page for a theme we did not successfully scan. Finding a service on the theme test does not prove every site using that theme loads it.
