Lead forms (B1)
Lead form found and selected for live test
This guide helps you act on one scan finding. It is not legal advice or a compliance verdict.
What to fix
Make a lead form discoverable on the scanned URL so the live form checks can run.
Step-by-step fix
- Point the scan at a URL that actually renders the form in the initial HTML (not only after a click that the bot cannot take).
- Prefer a standard form plugin markup (Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, Elementor Form) rather than a fully custom shadow-DOM widget when you need scan coverage.
- Remove overlays that replace the form with a “chat only” entry until after the form exists in the DOM.
- Save and purge cache.

Form in a modal
Add a static fallback form on the page or open the modal by default on a QA URL you scan.
Confirm it is fixed
Re-scan the form URL and confirm check B1 selects a lead form for the live test.
Rescan this check on your site
