What this check is

The scanner looks for a lead form on the page and selects one to exercise in a live bot submit.

WordPress pages may use Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, Elementor, or custom HTML. Some embeds are hard for a bot to detect.

If no form is selected, later form checks cannot run on that page. That is a coverage limit for this URL, not proof that leads never arrive.
