HTTP status on scan URL

What this check means

This guide helps you act on one scan finding. It is not legal advice or a compliance verdict.

What to fix

Restore a normal HTTP success response for the scanned URL before treating other checks as conclusive.

Step-by-step fix

  1. Open the URL in a private window and note the status (browser or `curl -I`).
  2. Disable maintenance mode, coming-soon plugins, and IP blocks that affect the scan path.
  3. Fix redirect loops (HTTP↔HTTPS or www↔apex) until you get a single 200/usable HTML response.
  4. Purge CDN cache for error responses.

Confirm it is fixed

Re-scan and confirm D-status shows a normal status for the URL.

Rescan this check on your site

Scan the same URL again, then compare this check with your previous report.
