What this check is

After submit, the scanner looks for a thank-you page, success message, or equivalent confirmation state.

Many WordPress forms stay on the same URL with a short notice; others redirect. Inconsistent success UX is common after theme updates.

Without a clear success state, visitors and tags may not know the lead landed. That is a conversion-clarity problem, not a fine estimate.

Add a stable thank-you route or message, then re-scan to confirm the success state is detectable.
